Features 160 lined pages, cardboard bound cover, more than 25 parking meter slips from all over Chicago dated January 2010 - February 2012 and painted over with glitter mod podge. Also has one round crystal embellishment in the lower right corner. Inside front cover is decorated with parking meter slips and black cloth tape with white dots.
